Goals, Goals, Goals
Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve always been a goal setter. I’m not sure why, but there is something in my personality doesn’t allow me to to relax for very long before I have to be accomplishing something. I’m sure it drives those around me crazy.
A few years ago, I read the book, Write it Down, Make it Happen, by Henriette Anne Klausner, and was so inspired by the breakdown of goal setting (yearly goals, monthly goals, weekly goals, and daily goals) that I tried to incorporate that concept in my own life.
We all know how overwhelming it can be to stick to resolutions and goals, but I think if we break it down into manageable chunks, it’s surprising what can be accomplished. I have a few big goals that I’d love to accomplish in 2016, and I’m learning that if I somehow break the goal down into small steps and set deadlines for myself, I might just accomplish them.
Now I just want to find a pretty template to write out my goals so I can see them daily and remind myself to do them.
