“The beauty of trees is the endless variety of their forms, their coloring, the contrast of light and shade in the depths of their foliage, and their shadows which play with the sunlight and moonlight on the grass beneath them.”–Frank J. Scott
Gratitude and Thankfulness
When I’m at work, my favorite way to take my lunch hour is to walk through Liberty Park in Salt Lake City. Liberty Park is the oldest and most prominent park in Utah and has the most beautiful allée of trees. There is something so therapeutic about hearing the wind rustle through their branches as I walk beneath them, and it’s even more beautiful because the leaves are changing. It’s so nice that the park is close by and people can take advantage of it during work.
When I’m out in nature, it always helps for me to put things in perspective. On this Thanksgiving holiday, my heart is so full of gratitude and thankfulness for you, my family, my job, my health, and my home.
I hope wherever you are, that you are surrounded by love, family and friends today!
