Outside For Healthy Living

There was a study recently published in Environmental Health Perspectives that said women live longer when surrounded by nature.  Since we spend 90% of our time indoors, its no wonder that so many people struggle with health issues.  I know whenever I’m outside, my worries lessen and my spirit feels uplifted.  There is something so therapeutic about nature, and I really want to be outside more.

Working full time and commuting daily definitely makes it challenging to be outside–especially in the cold dark months that are coming.  It is going to be one of my goals to make it a priority, though.
