Creating Home Inspirational Quotes
I remember when I was a teenager, I started a notebook with inspiring quotes. I think what started this habit was an amazing Young Women church leader who taught a lesson each Sunday. She would end each class with a treat of some kind and a quote attached to it to help us remember the lesson. That teacher had quite an impact on me because years and years later I remember how inspiring she was. It wasn’t too much later that I started writing down other quotes that meant a lot to me. I’m including some of the Creating Home inspirational quotes that inspire me everyday to be a better homemaker.
Words can have such an inspiring effect on people. Over the years I’ve collected different sayings depending on which stage of life I’m in. It’s amazing how some words can hit home so profoundly and feel like they’re speaking directly to you. After we moved into our home, I wanted to stencil our family motto in the entryway of our home. That way anytime we came home, we’d be reminded we are part of something bigger than ourselves. You can find that post here.
Do you like to collect inspiring words? What are some of your favorite? I’d love to hear about what you do with them.
