S’Mores Icebox Cake
Have you ever heard of an icebox cake before? An icebox is what refrigerators used to be called, and an icebox cake is just refrigerated instead of baked in an oven. It’s made of layers of different ingredients–usually whipped cream and some kind of wafer for the crust. Icebox cakes are light, creamy, delicious, and perfect for Summer! This particular cake recipe was found on completelydelicious.com, but I simplified it a bit. If you love s’mores, then you’ll love the s’mores icebox cake! It’s made of graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream!
The s’mores icebox cake is really easy to make and just involves layering the three different ingredients: graham crackers, whipped marshmallow cream, and chocolate pudding.
