Eerie Fall Mountains

Eerie Fall Mountains

Eerie Fall Mountains

Andy and I have been spending a lot of time in the mountains lately getting firewood.  At the end of Summer and beginning of Autumn, we go up to the Park City area and scout for wood.  One of my favorite parts of Autumn is the eerie Fall mountains when the fog starts creeping in and the clouds are low-lying.  It’s really spooky to look at, and even scarier to be in it when it’s happening.  I always think of movies like Blair Witch and try not to panic that I’m going to get lost.  I’m not afraid to admit that I’m always glad Andy’s with me!

Inspiration

Autumn is when I feel particularly inspired.  Nature speaks to me and touches me so much during this time.  Andy tells me it’s my happy place and for that reason, I think some of my best work is produced in Autumn.  Lately, I’m particularly fond of the September and October issues of Wilma Magazine.  Wilma has become such an important creative outlet for me, and I’m so proud that it’s been able help me honor my family legacy.  Thank you for all your support with it!

What about you?  I’d love to hear about what inspires you!
