Hire A Designer
It’s funny how things happen in a round-about way! When I started Creating Home a few years ago, I didn’t have a business plan or any idea what I was doing from a business perspective. Since then, it’s grown organically on it’s own and has become what it is today. Hire a Homemaker was a natural extension of Creating Home because it was a website devoted to products and services related to homemaking. I’ve since realized that it was confusing having homemaking and interior design products and services on the same website, so now there will be a separate website for each. Hire a Homemaker will be for everything related to homemaking, and Hire a Designer for everything related to interior design.
Keep It Simple
As I mentioned earlier, this is an organic growth of Creating Home and an attempt to make things easier to understand and navigate. I realize three websites sounds complicated, but I’m trying to simplify it as much as possible. Creating Home will be the parent company with the blog. Hire a Homemaker and Hire a Designer will both be a part of Creating Home, but will have products and services devoted to each of those areas. I’m using a Creative Business consultant to help streamline my company, and it was her suggestion to break it up this way. The new website will look exactly like the homemaking one and will launch in a few weeks.
Because of You
It’s exciting that things are moving forward, and it’s because of you that they are! Thank you for your kindness and support of me and this endeavor!
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great day!
