Creating Home Spec Kits
As an interior designer, I feel a little torn about something. I love being able to help people design their homes, but at the same time, I realize how expensive it can be. I know a lot of people would love to use the services of a professional interior designer but can’t afford the cost. In fact, that’s the reason I wrote the e-book, Homemaker’s Guide To Interior Design. I wanted to give homemakers a general overview of residential interior design so they’d be able to make more informed decisions regarding their own homes. Going a step further, the new Creating Home Spec Kits will help homemakers and homeowners even more.
Challenge of Making Choices
As I’ve been working on a couple different bathroom remodels, the idea came to me that even if people can’t afford custom design, then they can at least afford some professional interior design help. Over the last few years working with clients, I realized the biggest challenge people have is making choices. They have a pretty good idea of what they like and don’t like, but they don’t know how to put it all together. They have a difficult time seeing the bigger picture to give their home a cohesive look. They might like a certain tile, but they don’t know how to pair that tile with plumbing, paint, and hardware, and so forth.
A New Way Of Interior Design
The new Creating Home Spec Kits will be so helpful because they’ll contain all that information for you. For example, say you love the farmhouse style more than anything, but you don’t know how to make that style work. The Creating Home Farmhouse Spec Kit will give you all the information you need to design your farmhouse without having to pay a designer individually to create that look. The Spec Kits will have all the information on paint, flooring, tile, carpet, hardware, plumbing, appliances, paint, stone, and so forth to create a farmhouse. And the best part? The kits will contain three choices for every category–low, middle and high-end prices so you can mix and match according to your budget! It will take the stress, headache, and tears out of the process, and when you’re done, you’ll have the style of home you want with very little expense.
The first Creating Home Spec Kit launches Friday. Make sure to check back for more information. I’m so excited to share this product with you!
Have a great day!
