Last night I watched a film adaptation of Agatha Christie’s Hallowe’en Party starring David Suchet as Hercule Porirot. It got me so excited for the season that I got out all my Hallowe’en decorations! If you’re wondering why I’m spelling Halloween that way, it’s because that’s how Agatha Christie spelled it, and I thought it looked cool! If you haven’t seen that series yet, you should definitely check it out. They were released in the 90’s but are lots of fun if you like good mysteries.
Most of my Halloween decorations consist of cross-stitch samplers that I’ve done over the years. I’m including a few below, but if you want to see how I’ve arranged them in a salon wall, check out last year’s issue of Wilma Magazine for more details. I’m showing a sneak peak in a few of the images below. The posable felt bats make a fun addition to the salon wall.
Vintage Halloween decorations are always my favorite, so I’ve included a few that I’ve found in the widget below. I found a cute vintage witch mask that I’ve added to one of the portraits of my grandmother this year. It’s a cheeky way to add a little spooky fun to my dining room. What are some of your favorite Halloween decorations?
As always, thanks for stopping by!
Have a great day!
