Holidays - Mood Board

In case you missed it, in honor of Valentine’s Day I did a post on red interiors that you can read here. Today’s post will be about pink interiors.  Although pink and red are very similar on the color spectrum (pink is a tint of red and is created by mixing red and white together), they are two very different colors and evoke completely different reactions.

Pink is the color of happiness, and is sometimes seen as lighthearted, feminine and romantic.  In rooms, it can be a calming and soothing color.  Although pink is not for everyone in decorating, it truly is a beautiful color when used the right way.
