Malted Hot Cocoa For Valentine’s Day
Nothing is better than chocolate, and malted hot cocoa for Valentine’s Day is even better! I got this recipe from a friend of mine, and it’s by FAR the best hot cocoa I’ve ever had. Everyone I share this recipe with falls in love with it and can never drink anything else. What’s so special about this recipe is the powdered milk and creamer that give it such a creaminess to it.
The recipe calls for six simple ingredients: nonfat dry milk, instant cocoa, malted milk powder, powdered sugar, non-dairy creamer, and salt. When you mix the cocoa, use a really large bowl to mix it in because but it makes A LOT. After it’s mixed, you can store it in an air-tight canister. Then whenever you want it, simply scoop some into a mug and add hot water (marshmallows are optional).
Hot Cocoa As A Gift
Because this recipe makes so much, I like to give some away as gift to my friends and family. I found the cutest single-serve containers you can use if you are looking for ideas. I’ve posted the sources below.
