I love to bake, especially during the colder months, but I don’t generally come up with my own creations. I tend to follow recipes, so when I came across this delicious recipe for mini chocolate tarts that only had measurements in grams, I panicked. Luckily I found a recipe online that converted the measurements to what Americans use.
Depending on where you live, the original recipe is from Gordon Ramsay. I’ve also attached the link to the equivalent recipe with American measurements if you’d like to make it. The only thing I changed was substituting cashews for peanuts to make the brittle, although either type of nut would be yummy.
You’ll also notice my favorite plates that I use all Autumn long–they have the perfect color and pattern! It also helps that I kept them out of storage because I would be too sad not to use them all season long. What are your favorite things to bake in the Autumn?
In other news, today looks like it’s going to be the last of the Autumn days…the ten day forecast shows cold temperatures and snow. I sure hope we’re ready…eek!
As always, thanks for stopping by!
Have a great day!
